Overview:

The senior Marketing Specialist supports Loyola Medicines marketing and communications team in executing creative production of marketing, digital, and social media for service lines of the health system. The manager will work closely with other members of the marketing team, including digital marketing, communications, and media relations staff members to implement projects to achieve growth and support strategic goals for the health system. This role is responsible for independently managing operational marketing work and closely coordinating with the rest of the marketing and communications team. Strong interpersonal client relationship skills are vital as the position works closely with local presidents, physicians, service line leaders, and other key stakeholders. The person in this role will have a thorough knowledge of integrated brand marketing, digital marketing, event management, and the planning/execution of marketing strategies. Simultaneously manages multiple projects and coordinates monthly ROI tracking reports.
